What fits in a Large parcel?

There are many things you can fit in our pre-sized UK parcel sizes (‘’L’’- Large , ‘’XL’’ - Extra-Large or ‘’XXL’’ - Extra, Extra-large) and you don’t even have to go to the post office. We still collect your heavy and large items directly from your door and deliver the very next working day*. Popular items sent in these sizes include:

Just remember, if you are sending a ‘’L’’- Large , ‘’XL’’ - Extra-large or ‘’XXL’’ - Extra, Extra-large parcel size, that you do not exceed the maximum weight or dimensions for these pre-defined parcel sizes. You will also need to check the restricted and prohibited items list to ensure your items can be carried through our network. Your parcel may be returned back to you, incurring extra charges or be refused on collection if it is restricted, prohibited or the wrong carriage has been paid for the weight and dimensions of your parcel.

What's included in your parcel delivery

	£25 contents cover - We offer free £25 cover as standard across all UK and Ireland deliveries. This can also be upgraded if the actual value of the item you are shipping is greater than £25.
	Collection from your home or business address - Waiting is the worst but, when you're sending a parcel there is an alternative to queuing in the line at the Post Office - we collect your parcel straight from your door.
	Fully tracked service - Your parcel is always in safe hands. Our 'parcel tracker' will keep your recipient updated every step of the way, including being able to see their position on our drivers route - they'll also be able to opt for a free 'You're Next' alert via email or SMS.
	One hour delivery and collection slots - If you're having your parcel collected from your home or work address, we'll provide you with a one hour window when our driver will be with you. Your recipient will also receive a one hour delivery window text or email if you select this option and add their information at the time of booking.

Make your delivery safe

You can either send your parcel to a ‘safe place’ or have a ‘signed for’ delivery. We would always recommend you use the ‘signed for’ delivery option which is only an additional £1.50. If you chose to have your parcel delivered to a designated ‘safe place’ then we cannot offer any extended contents cover and you parcel will only be covered up to the value of £25.
