Our cheapest UK delivery prices for door to door collection and delivery start at just £5.55* (ex VAT) and we have 5 different size bands, from x-small (0-2kg) to xx-large (up to 25kg) with everything in between. International courier prices

Our cheapest International delivery prices start at just £8.25* (ex VAT). For many countries, you can choose from DHL Parcel Connect, DHL Parcel International, Road Economy Delivery and Worldwide Air Delivery options which affect the cost to send your parcel. Size and weight also is a factor; we use volumetric weight to determine the final price, calculated as length x width x height (in centimetres) divided by 5000. If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight of your parcel, the cost will be the volumetric weight price. We’ll work it all out for you when you get your quote provided you enter the correct weight and dimensions of your parcel.

Door to door courier services

When booking a collection you can choose from a specific time slot; this can be from 8:00am – 13:00pm, or from 13:00pm – 18:00pm. If you know you can’t be in when you need a collection to be made, you can opt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place and our driver will collect from there during the standard collection time window of 8:00am – 18:00pm. If your recipient is only available at certain times, we also have timed delivery options available. All our UK courier services are next day so they will get their parcel quickly, but if you know they are going to be able to receive the parcel at a particular time, it may be best to choose one of the available time slots for delivery. The time windows available are: - by 9:00am, by 10:30am and by 12:00. If your recipient is not in during the delivery window you can also select to have the parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If none of these are suitable, we also offer Saturday delivery for a small extra cost, all you need to do is select this option when booking.

You can also chose to receive pre and post-delivery notification emails or texts so you are kept up to date throughout your parcels journey, and of course you can track your parcel online via our website just by entering your consignment number.

eBay courier services

Our courier service is very popular with eBay sellers, especially if you have sold multiple items, as our bulk delivery discount will help you to save on postage costs. We can collect them all from your home address and deliver each item the next day, so if one item needs to go to Newcastle, one to Bournemouth, one to Merthyr Tydfil and another to Caister-on-Sea, our nationwide depot network allows us to do this at great prices.

You can link your eBay account with your ipostparcel account to import all your sold items into our online booking form, making the process easy and fast.

Alternatively, if you have won an item on eBay that is collection only you can use our service too - set the collection address to where your item is located and we can collect the item and deliver it straight to your door.

Although we offer generous size and weight bands, please remember there are limits! Our eBay courier service doesn't differ from our other services, as long as your parcel is a maximum of 25kg in weight and no single dimensions exceeds 80cm, you can send it with ipostparcels.
