How do I qualify?
To qualify for our Gold Membership reward scheme, you must spend over a certain amount within a calendar month to then receive the money off voucher for the following month. In order for us to email you the monthly voucher, you must also be signed up to receive marketing emails from ipostparcels. If you spend over a certain amount each month, you automatically qualify to become a Gold Member of ipostparcels. As long as you have opted into receiving our emails, we’ll send you money off vouchers to use on your next parcel delivery.

Your parcel is tracked the entire way – we provide you and your recipient with a one hour collection and delivery slot so you know when we’ll be there, along with ‘you’re next’ alerts and access to the ‘manage my delivery’ functionality on the DHL website.

** Gold Membership terms and conditions: Please note that the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), stipulates that customers must have consented and opted-into receiving marketing emails from ipostparcels, part of DHL Parcel UK to receive any offers and discounts. To be eligible for the Gold membership voucher customers must have spent more than £500 with ipostparcels, from one registered account within a full month. Depending on the amount spent within the month (see table above) the voucher applicable to the spend will be supplied to you via your registered email address, the following month. The corresponding voucher to spend will not be supplied if the customer has under declared their parcel delivery costs within the month. You must weigh and measure your parcels correctly and declare the correct weight and dimensions on all International orders or select the correct pre-defined domestic parcel size on all orders to qualify. Failure to declare the correct weights and dimensions or pre-defined parcel sizes, for your parcels will result in you receiving a lower value voucher or becoming disqualified. The voucher is subject to one use per customer. Voucher can be redeemed on UK and International orders. The voucher can only be used on one transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher needs to be entered in the basket stage and cannot be applied after purchase. No cash alternative will be supplied. DHL Parcel UK reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
