Can I get a parcel picked up from my door?

Absolutely, it has never been easier to get a parcel collected from your door, with our courier pick up service. You won’t have to struggle carrying multiple parcels at once, find a car parking space or wait in long queues at the Post Office.

Simply book your parcel collection online and we’ll send you a 1 hour time slot – which means you won’t be waiting around all day for the courier to collect your parcel. Alternatively, if a time slot isn’t suitable, you can nominate a safe place for pick up (such as your porch or a neighbour). Our courier will pick up your parcel from the safe place and start the delivery process.

When will the driver collect my parcel?

On the morning of the scheduled collection, we will send you a text message or notification via email. This will be the time allocated to your driver for the collection. The allotted time will be a 1 hour time slot, if this isn’t convenient you can opt to leave your parcel in a safe place instead.

How does my parcel arrive at their door?

Just like any other parcel delivery we handle, we deliver your parcels straight to the recipient. Our door to door collection simply means we collect from your door first, rather than you having to visit one of our depots. This saves you time and hassle and is even more beneficial if you have multiple parcels to send. When you book your parcel delivery via our online booking form, you’ll be asked for the delivery details of the receiver. Simply fill these in and we will make sure the parcel is delivered straight to their door.
