Can I amend my order?

Once your order has been confirmed it is not possible to make any amendments.

If you then wish to cancel your order this must be done 24hrs before the collection date by using the form available in the contact us page. Please select ‘Order Query’ as your enquiry subject and provide your consignment number.

 

Unfortunately, there isn’t a telephone number for you to contact us on but we offer lots of ways for you to get in touch. However, if you need to get in touch you can do this by sending us a message using our contact form. Our customer service teams always endeavor to get back to you within 3 hours but if your query is sent to us out of hours, we’ll respond during opening hours.
