Claim/refunds
In the unfortunate case of needing to make a claim or request a refund for a damaged, lost or delayed delivery please log into your account here and click on the ‘contact us’ tab. Please fill in the contact us form selecting the enquiry type whether it’s a claim or refund enquiry. It’ll then ask you to include the consignment number, order number, delivery postcode and details of your enquiry. This information will be sent to our customer service team where we will be back in touch as soon as it has been investigated.
