When sending a parcel internationally, an invoice must be completed to allow your goods to be sent abroad. If your parcel is destined for a country outside the European Union it will enable us to generate the customs documents needed.

If are you sending shipments to Syria, you need to attach a signed Indemnity Letter. This is since the UN has enforced sanctions on all shipments going to these countries. You can find the document here
