What time does ipostparcels deliver?

Providing a door to door delivery service means our drivers get up super early. In fact, to make sure we can offer flexible delivery times, many of our drivers set their alarms for around 4.20am. Then they're ready to deliver parcels as early as 8am. Our delivery times run right up to 6pm and we don't rest at the weekend, with delivery available on a Saturday at no extra cost on certain services.

With no middle-man, we look after your parcel from collection to delivery; helping to keep the costs down and offering you peace of mind, knowing your parcel will be in safe hands.

Guaranteed time slots

With our guaranteed next day delivery service you can book specific times for your parcel to arrive. We are able to offer slots as early as before 9am, 10.30 or noon for just a small amount extra; ideal if your recipient needs the parcel as soon as possible. Next day delivery is available five days a week; book your delivery on a Friday and it will still be delivered next day, no problem.  It's worth noting that the next day delivery service is not available for a small number of remote locations, so if your customer lives in a tiny village in the highlands of Scotland, it is worth checking with us first.

For standard deliveries a parcel will arrive between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery notifications

Delivery is only one aspect, though. You can also request pre and post-delivery advice notifications by email or text. Simply select this service under the 'pre-delivery advice' option and a message will wing its way to your customer following the collection of the parcel. This will advise them of the delivery date and - if a timed service has been booked - they will also be given a slot for delivery. This pre-delivery service is offered for no additional cost when a signed delivery service has been selected.

Safe spots

While we can't guarantee a time for standard deliveries, our 'safe place' choice allows the recipient to pick a secure spot for our drivers to leave your parcel, meaning items can be delivered at any time during the day, even when the receiver is out. No more waiting around for delivery slots!

Depot drop off and collection

Save yourself money and have your parcel delivered to one of our depots. With more than 50 around the country it's easy for your customer to collect at their convenience. Most depots are open 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 12pm on Saturdays.

International

Parcels making their way overseas will be delivered either via road or air. With the assistance of our trusted international partners your parcel will be delivered to its final destination in safe hands. Shipping to over 160 countries around the world means that delivery times will vary from country to country.
