Depot to depot
We are pleased to announce the new depot to depot service. The service allows the customer to drop their parcel at their local depot, with the recipient being able to collect from a designated local depot near to them the next day.
All of our UK sites are participating in the new incentive, which enables customers to send, and receive parcels at a location convenient to them, whilst also offering significant cost savings. From just £1.99+VAT, customers can choose from one of 52 depots nationwide, for collection and delivery.
How to select this service
On the send parcel screen:

Choose your local depot for the drop off

Select the date for the drop off

Under Parcel Delivery Details, select the Depot for Customer Collection option

You and your recipient will get a notification when the parcel is ready to be colleceted from their local depot.
