Reading more was last year’s top resolution, placed ahead of other classics such as losing weight and saving money.

Opting for a good book is certainly a great option in the winter months and it might be a little more realistic than choosing a new gym membership.

However, there’s no harm in trying, even if you know that there’s absolutely no chance of the gym becoming your second home.

Just accept the inevitable failure that comes with such a goal. After all, there’s always a way to get around the diet...
